针对核电厂冷源取水隧洞存在的淤泥沉积、海生物堵塞、裂缝损伤等安全隐患,以及传统人工清理效率低、危险性高的问题,研究设计了一种集成履带式移动平台与可伸缩机械臂的隧洞清理机器人.基于SolidWorks完成机器人三维建模,采用改性树脂等轻量化耐蚀材料,通过镂空结构优化实现减重与散热;配置可调节式喷水装置与三指抓取机构,提升复杂附着物清理能力.控制系统以树莓派4B为主控,结合BlueOS与Arduino构建协同架构,通过电力线载波模块实现远距离稳定通信.基于UNet神经网络构建裂缝检测模型,经80次迭代训练后,实测识别准确率达80%.实验验证表明,机器人结构强度满足隧洞工况要求,控制响应稳定.为核电厂隧洞清理自动化、安全化提供了可行技术方案.

To address safety hazards in nuclear power plant cooling water intake tunnels—including silt deposition,marine organism blockages,and crack damage—along with the low efficiency and high risk of traditional manual cleaning,a tunnel cleaning robot is designed integrating a tracked mobile platform with an extendable robotic arm.Three-dimensional modeling of the robot is completed using SolidWorks.Lightweight,corrosion-resistant materials like modified resin are employed,with weight reduction and heat dissipation achieved through hollowed-out structural optimization.An adjustable water spray device and a three-finger gripping mechanism are configured to enhance the removal capability of complex deposits.The control system utilizes a Raspberry Pi 4B as the main controller,integrating BlueOS and Arduino to build a collaborative architecture.Stable long-distance communication is enabled via a power line carrier module.A crack detection model is developed using the UNet neural network.After 80 training iterations,the model achieved an 80%recognition accuracy in field tests.Experimental validation confirmed the robot's structural strength meets tunnel operational requirements and its control response remains stable.A feasible technical solution for automated and safe tunnel cleaning in nuclear power plants is provided.
