Overview of the Current Development Status and Trends of Perception and Execution Systems for Humanoid Robots
人形机器人是国家抢占未来科技制高点、构建新质生产力的战略焦点.针对我国人形机器人产业在核心零部件环节仍面临技术壁垒与国产化瓶颈的问题,以感知系统和执行系统为研究对象,系统梳理其技术原理、部件分类、发展现状与未来发展趋势.研究结果表明,六维力传感器、行星滚柱丝杠等环节具备高价值量、低国产替代率与强通用性等特性;国产企业通过业务拓展与资本运作两大发展模式实现国产替代;两大系统核心零部件呈现国产替代加速推进、技术协同融合强化、材料工艺迭代升级与系统集成能力提升四大趋势.研究结果为我国突破"卡脖子"技术、提升人形机器人产业自主可控能力提供了针对性方案,对抢占全球科技竞争赛道、培育经济增长新动能具有重要实践价值.
Humanoid robots are a strategic focal point for countries to seize the commanding heights of future technology and build new productive forces.Addressing the persistent technological barriers and import dependency bottlenecks in core components of China′s humanoid robot industry,the perception system and execution system are taken as the research objects,their technical principles,component classifications,development status,and future trends are systematically reviewed.The findings indicate that components such as six-axis force sensors and planetary roller screws are characterized by high value content,low domestic substitution rates,and strong versatility.Domestic enterprises are advancing import substitution primarily through two development models:business expansion and capital operations.For the core components of both systems,four major development trends are identified:accelerated domestic substitution,enhanced technological synergy and integration,iterative upgrades in materials and processes,and improved system integration capabilities.The research findings provide targeted solutions for breaking through"bottleneck"technologies and enhance the self-controllability of the humanoid robot industry,which holds significant practical value for seizing the global technology competition and fostering new drivers of economic growth.
