A Study on the Artificial Intelligence-Empowered Innovation in Continuing Education Models for Professional and Technical Personnel

在新一轮科技革命背景下,人工智能正深刻重塑知识生产与学习方式.专业技术人员(以下简称"专技人员")作为推动区域高质量发展的关键群体,其继续教育模式亟须顺应数字化与智能化.基于我国专技人员继续教育实践现状,在梳理相关政策与研究成果的基础上,引入人工智能这一关键变量,从动态需求识别、个性化学习方式、数据驱动评价分析人工智能赋能专技人员继续教育模式创新的作用机理.在此基础上,构建"人工智能技术赋能-模式创新-能力提升与发展结果"的继续教育模式,确立了需求诊断体系、智能化课程体系、混合式智能学习模式、评价与激励机制四大核心模块.进一步提出通过贯通推荐与学习生成、融合理论教学与实践转化、优化智能评价与反馈等实施策略,构建多样化的人工智能应用模式,并在教育体系、人才发展、产业运行三个发展前景层面形成协同效应,推动专技人员继续教育体系朝着智能化、个性化、生态化方向发展.

Against the backdrop of a new round of technological revolution,artificial intelligence(AI)is profoundly reshaping the modes of knowl-edge production and learning.As a key driver of regional high-quality development,professional and technical personnel(hereinafter referred to as"pro-fessionals")require continuing education models that can effectively respond to ongoing digitalization and intelligent transformation.Drawing on the cur-rent practices of continuing education for professionals in China,and informed by a review of relevant policies and existing research,this study introduces AI as a critical factor and examines the mechanisms through which it fosters innovation in continuing education.Specifically,the analysis focuses on three dimensions:dynamic demand identification,personalized learning modalities,and data-driven evaluation.Building on this analysis,the study proposes a continuing education model characterized by the pathway of"AI empowerment-model innovation-competency enhancement and developmental outcomes".The model comprises four core components:a precise demand diagnosis system,an intelligent curriculum system,a hybrid intelligent learning model,and an evaluation and incentive mechanism.The study further proposes implementation strategies,including the integration of recommendation and learning generation,the alignment of theoretical instruction and practical application,and the optimization of intelligent evaluation and feedback to establish di-verse AI application models.Ultimately,synergistic effects are cultivated across three developmental prospects:educational systems,talent development,and industrial operations,thereby facilitating the evolution of the continuing education system for professionals toward intelligence,personalization,and ecological sustainability.
