适配新质生产力发展:人口结构转型下高校学历教育与非学历继续教育双擎共驱的路径构建OACHSSCD

Developing new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions has generated new and systemic demands for both professional and technical talents and skilled workers.From the perspective of aligning talent development with the requirements of new quality productive forces and in light of ongoing demographic transformation,this study identifies the core competencies required of these two categories of talent and examines the un-derlying logic and multifaceted impacts of structural contradictions in university talent cultivation.To address these challenges,a dual-engine development pathway that integrates academic education and non-academic continuing education in universities is proposed.Based on four key dimensions:policy sup-port,talent cultivation systems,industry-education integration,and resource supply,the proposed pathway aims to provide practical references for univer-sities to meet the talent needs of new quality productive forces.
