肌肉注射鼠神经生长因子、甲钴胺对突发性感音神经性听力损失患者的治疗效果OA

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)and mecobalamin in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL).Methods A total of 303 patients with SSNHL were enrolled and divided into mNGF group(n=175)and mecobalamin group(n=128)according to the treatment modality.Propensity score matching(PSM)was performed at 1∶1 ratio to balance covariates between the mNGF and mecobal-amin groups,thereby reducing confounding bias in baseline data.The McNemar test was used to com-pare the efficacy of hearing improvement between the two groups in paired samples.Results After PSM,105 pairs of patients were successfully matched between the mNGF and mecobalamin groups.No statistically significant differences were observed in baseline data,clinical characteristics,treatment dosage and treatment course between the two groups(P＞0.05).The overall response rates of the two groups were 32.38％and 42.86％,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between the groups(P=0.16,RD=-10.48％,95％CI:-24.61％to 3.65％).Conclusion Intramus-cular injection of mNGF and mecobalamin yields comparable therapeutic effects in the treatment of SSNHL,and both are effective clinical treatment options.
