护理人文关怀实践体系构建与应用的中国专家共识OA

Objective To construct a nursing humanistic care practice system suitable for the Chinese healthcare context,So as to provide consensus-based guidance for alleviating nurse burnout,enhancing professional well-being,and ensuring patient safety.Methods A core group comprising experts in nursing management,clinical psychology,and clinical nursing from multiple centers was established to draft the initial manuscript.A modified Delphi method was adopted,and two rounds of consultation(21-days interval)were conducted among 52 national experts in nursing manage-ment,psychological health,and clinical nursing who met the selection criteria.The questionnaire was pilot-tested before formal distribution to verify content validity.After the first round,items were screened,added,or deleted based on experts' open-ended comments,and the feedback was incor-porated into the second-round questionnaire.The final version was determined through item-by-item voting at an online meeting of the core group.Results The recovery rate for both rounds of expert consultation was 100％(expert positive coefficient of 100％),and the expert authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.89.After two rounds of revision,the coefficient of variation(CV)for all items de-creased to＜0.20,indicating a high level of consensus.A nursing humanistic care system was ulti-mately established,centered on the"321"model and encompassing macro-(magnetic environment construction),meso-(psychological support system),and micro-(clinical caring practice)levels.The system includes evaluation indicators across three dimensions-structure,process,and outcome-and establishes a dual-dimensional evaluation mechanism for nurses' occupational psychological health and patients' clinically sensitive quality indicators.Conclusion This consensus demon-strates high scientific rigor and reliability.By establishing a multi-level linkage framework of"man-agement reform-psychological empowerment-pathway integration",it provides systematic guidance for standardized and quantifiable nursing humanistic care practices in public hospitals in China.
