基于三维视角的图像质量评价综述OA
Review of Image Quality Assessment Based on Three-Dimensional Perspective
图像质量评价(image quality assessment,IQA)作为图像处理与计算机视觉领域的核心研究方向之一,旨在实现对图像及视频视觉质量的自动化评估,其结果直接影响医疗诊断、智能监控、遥感分析以及多媒体内容分发等下游应用的可靠性与有效性.现有综述多聚焦于特定应用场景或单一技术路径,虽然对局部方向提供了系统梳理,但在全面整合不同范式、揭示跨阶段方法演进规律方面仍显不足.为填补这一空白,提出了一个以"三维视角"感知、特征表征、预测与映射为主线的结构化分类框架.该框架从人类视觉感知机制、特征信息表征方式与质量预测映射关系三个维度出发,对现有IQA方法进行了系统归纳与比较.在此基础上,分别梳理了各维度的关键问题与典型方法,归纳主要研究成果,深入分析不同方法的适用场景、优势与局限.最后总结了当前IQA研究中亟待解决的关键问题,并展望了未来的发展趋势.
Image quality assessment(IQA),as one of the core research directions in the field of image processing and computer vision,aims to achieve the automatic assessment of the visual quality of images and videos.The results directly affect the reliability and effectiveness of downstream applications,such as medical diagnosis,intelligent monitoring,remote sensing analysis,and multimedia content distribution.Most of the existing reviews focus on specific application scenarios or single technical paths.Although they provide a systematic review of local directions,they are still insufficient in comprehensively integrating different paradigms and revealing the evolution laws of cross-stage methods.To fill this gap,this paper proposes a structured classification framework with"three-dimensional perspective"perception,feature representation,prediction and mapping as the main line.This framework systematically summarizes and compares the existing IQA methods from three dimensions:the human visual perception mechanism,the feature information representa-tion method,and the mapping relationship of quality prediction.Based on this,this paper respectively sorts out the key issues and typical methods in each dimension,summarizes the main research results,and deeply analyzes the applicable scenarios,advantages and limitations of different methods.Finally,the key issues that urgently need to be addressed in the current IQA research are summarized,and the future development trends are prospected.
