知识史视域下《诸病源候论》对风病体系的建构OA

This study examines the construction of the wind disease system in the General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases,an officially compiled medical text in the Sui Dynasty,from the perspective of intellectual history.The work established a non-exclusive classification framework for wind diseases by integrating early medical classics with medieval formularies.In explicating the etiologies and pathogeneses of wind disorders,it inherited the Han Dynasty theoretical tradition centered on"endogenous deficiency and exogenous invasion"while incorporating new medical knowledge from the Six Dynasties period,resulting in a diversified explanatory system.Furthermore,the text expanded the scope of wind diseases to include psychiatric disorders,illnesses attributed to supernatural forces,and dermatological conditions,thereby incorporating them into the wind disease spectrum.This classification and conceptualization of wind diseases laid the intellectual foundation for understanding such disorders during the Tang,Five Dynasties,and Song periods.
