我国花生收获机械化技术发展历程与展望OA

Development History and Prospect of Peanut Harvest Mechanization Technology in China

收获是花生生产过程中的关键环节,不但工序多、用工量大,而且容易造成花生荚果损失和损伤.我国从20世纪50年代末开始对花生收获机械进行研究探索,目前各类型花生收获机械均有应用,但花生收获机械化发展相对缓慢,2023年全国花生收获机械化水平仅为54.80%,花生生产成本不断上升,严重制约花生生产和出口竞争力.基于生产实际研究和相关文献分析,系统综述了我国花生生产及其收获机械化发展现状,回顾了各历史阶段重要内容和发展特征,剖析了我国花生收获机械化存在的主要问题及原因,提出了今后一段时期我国花生收获机械化的发展建议,对促进我国花生收获机械化发展具有一定的参考价值.

Harvest is the critical link in peanut production.It not only involves many operations and requires large amount of labors,but also tends to cause some loss and damage of peanut pods.China began to study peanut harvesters in the late 1950s.Currently,various types of peanut harvesters have been put into practical application.However,the development of harvest mechanization has re-mained relatively slow,so that the national harvest mechanization level was only 54.80%in 2023.The continuous rise in peanut production costs has severely restricted domestic peanut production and undermined China's competitiveness in peanut exports.Based on the understanding of actual peanut production and relevant literature analysis,this paper systematically reviewed the current de-velopment situation of peanut harvest mechanization,summarized the important events and develop-ment characteristics in each historical stage,analyzed the major problems and underlying causes re-stricting peanut harvest mechanization,and put forward some suggestions for its development in the coming period in China.The study has valuable reference for promoting the development of mecha-nized peanut harvesting in China.
