宫炎平片联合保妇康凝胶治疗宫颈炎的效果及对炎症因子的影响OA

Objective To explore the efficacy of Gongyanping Tablets combined with Baofukang Gel in the treatment of cer-vicitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with cervicitis in Wuhan Jiangxia District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects from September 2023 to September 2025,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gongyanping Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Gongyanping Tablets combined with Baofukang Gel.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The healing time of cervical wounds,the disappearance time of abnormal vaginal discharge,the disap-pearance time of vaginal bleeding,and the disappearance time of lower abdominal pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in inflammatory factors and immune indicators between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the immune indicators were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Gongyanping Tablets combined with Baofukang Gel for the treatment of cervicitis can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of the body,improve clinical efficacy,enhance immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high clinical application value.
