基质金属蛋白酶-9、PR结构域蛋白2表达与脑胶质瘤患者临床特征及预后的关系OA
Relationship between the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and PR domain protein 2 and the clinical characteristics and prognosis of pa-tients with glioma
目的 探究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、PR结构域蛋白2(PRDM2)在脑胶质瘤患者中的表达与临床特征及预后的关系.方法 选取2019年1月至2022年3月在江西省抚州市东乡区人民医院、南昌大学第一附属医院诊断为脑胶质瘤并接受手术的125例患者作为研究对象,收集患者术中的脑胶质瘤组织作为观察组,瘤旁组织作为对照组.根据患者术后3年死亡情况分为存活组和死亡组.采用免疫组化检测MMP-9、PRDM2的表达情况,通过多因素Cox回归分析筛选相关影响因素.结果 单因素分析结果提示,观察组和对照组的脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9、PRDM2表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-9低表达患者和MMP-9高表达患者的病理分级、组织分化比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PRDM2低表达患者和PRDM2高表达患者的病理分级、组织分化比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).生存曲线分析结果提示,MMP-9高表达组、PRDM2高表达组生存率分别为26.92%(21/78)、32.98%(31/94),低于 MMP-9 低表达组、PRDM2 低表达组的 65.96%(31/47)、70.97%(22/31)(P<0.05).多因素分析结果提示,病理分级、MMP-9、PRDM2是脑胶质瘤患者死亡的危险因素(P<0.05).结论 MMP-9、PRDM2的高表达与脑胶质瘤患者肿瘤病理分级、组织分化相关,也是影响患者死亡的重要因素.
Objective To explore the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and PR domain protein 2(PRDM2)in glioma and its relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 125 patients diagnosed with glioma and undergoing surgery in Dongxiang District People's Hospital,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province and the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected as research objects.The glioma tissues of the patients during the operation were collected as the observation group,and the adjacent tissues were collected as the control group.The patients were divided into the survival group and the death group according to the death situation 3 years after the operation.The expression of MMP-9 and PRDM2 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the related influencing factors were screened by multivariate Cox regression analysis.Results The results of univariate analysis indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the expressions of MMP-9 and PRDM2 in glioma tissues between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically sig-nificant differences in pathological grade and tissue differentiation between patients with low expression of MMP-9 and those with high expression of MMP-9(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in pathological grade and tissue differentiation between patients with low expression of PRDM2 and those with high expression of PRDM2(P<0.05).The results of the survival curve analysis suggest that the survival rates of the MMP-9 high-expression group and the PRDM2 high-expression group were 26.92%(21/78)and 32.98%(31/94),respectively,which were lower than those of the MMP-9 low-expression group and the PRDM2 low-expression group,which were 65.96%(31/47)and 70.97%(22/31),respectively(P<0.05).The results of mul-tivariate analysis indicated that pathological grade,MMP-9,PRDM2 were risk factors for death in patients with glioma(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of MMP-9 and PRDM2 is related to the tumor pathological grade and tissue differ-entiation of glioma patients,and it is also an important factor affecting the death of patients.
