机器人技术在梅山水库大坝变形监测中的应用OA
Application of robotic technology to dam deformation monitoring at Meishan Reservoir
针对老旧大坝传统变形监测手段(如人工水准测量、全站仪)存在的监测频次低、易受环境干扰等问题,以及高精度自动化设备成本高昂的现实瓶颈,研究引入一种新型结构变形监测机器人,在梅山水库构建涵盖"感知-传输-平台"的闭环自动化监测系统,并连续采集大坝左坝肩及 3#~14#拱墩连续 130 d 的高密度实测数据,从测量精度、系统可靠性与实际应用效果三个维度开展综合验证.结果表明:在复杂野外环境下系统位移分辨率为 0.1 mm,设备标称测量精度为0.3~1.0 mm,现场监测数据表现出较好的完整性、连续性和稳定性;整个监测期内共识别出超阈值瞬时波动 1504 次,并在监测期内捕捉到大坝微小阶段性变形响应.该结构变形监测机器人有效弥补了传统手段频次低、连续性差的技术短板,为大型水工建筑物的智能化监测提供了可靠的工程实践依据.
To address the low monitoring frequency and susceptibility to environmental interference associated with conventional deformation monitoring methods for aging dams,such as manual leveling and total station measurements,as well as the high cost of high-precision automated equipment,a novel structural deformation monitoring robot was introduced.An automated closed-loop monitoring system integrating"sensing-transmission-platform"functions was established at Meishan Reservoir Dam.High-density field measurements were continuously collected over 130 consecutive days at the left abutment and Arch Piers 3-14.The system was comprehensively evaluated in terms of measurement accuracy,system reliability,and practical application performance.The results showed that,under complex field conditions,the system achieved a displacement resolution of 0.1 mm,while the nominal measurement accuracy of the device ranged from 0.3 to 1.0 mm.The field monitoring data exhibited good completeness,continuity,and stability.A total of 1504 instantaneous fluctuations exceeding the predefined threshold were identified throughout the monitoring period,and subtle stage-wise deformation responses of the dam were successfully captured.The structural deformation monitoring robot effectively overcomes the limitations of conventional methods,particularly their low monitoring frequency and poor continuity,thereby providing reliable engineering evidence for the intelligent monitoring of large-scale hydraulic structures.
