Evaluation Indicators Weighting Method of Combat System Based on Cloud Model
论文在探讨无人潜航器(UUV)日益成为现代军事斗争的新兴威胁背景下,提出一套基于OODA理论的作战系统评估指标体系构建方法.运用云模型,针对侦察、定向、决策和行动(Observation,Orientation,Decision,Action)这四个维度下的能力指标进行赋权.其目的在于解析和比较敌我双方在反UUV布雷方面的作战能力.该研究不仅覆盖了海上作战平台与武器装备的多维度指标,也采用云模型处理指标中的不确定性和模糊性,提高评估过程的客观性与直观性.研究成果明确展现了双方在作战体系能力上的差异,为决策者制定针对性的对策提供了数据支撑,以增强反UUV布雷的联合作战效能.
In the context of unmanned underwater vehicles(UUVs)increasingly emerging as a new threat in modern military conflicts,this paper proposes a method for constructing an evaluation indicator system for combat systems based on the OODA(Ob-servation,Orientation,Decision,Action)theory.Utilizing the cloud model,weights are assigned to capability indicators under the four dimensions of reconnaissance,orientation,decision-making and action.The purpose is to analyze and compare the operation capabilities of both adversaries in countering UUV mine-laying.This research not only encompasses multi-dimensional indicators for maritime combat platforms and weapon systems,but also employs the cloud model to handle uncertainties and fuzziness within these indicators,thereby enhancing the objectivity and intuitiveness of the assessment process.The research results explicitly dem-onstrate the differences in operational system capabilities between the two parties,providing data support for decision-makers to for-mulate targeted countermeasures,with the aim of strengthening the joint operational effectiveness in countering UUV mine-laying operation.
