针对城市环境电子战反无人机作战中装备保障存在的体系化程度低、资源配置失衡、保障流程协同不足等问题,提出一种基于美国国防部体系结构框架(DoDAF)的装备保障体系设计方法.该方法以任务需求为牵引,遵循"需求-能力-系统-服务"的正向设计逻辑,通过构建全视角、作战视角、系统视角及服务视角的多维度模型,实现保障体系的标准化、可视化与协同化设计.结合城市作战特点,明确各视角核心模型的要素构成与映射关系,形成涵盖保障资源配置、流程优化、效能评估的完整体系架构.仿真验证与效能评估结果表明,该体系可显著提升装备保障响应速度与资源利用效率,为城市环境下电子战反无人机装备保障提供科学的设计框架与实践参考.

To address the problems of low systematization level,unbalanced resource allocation,and insufficient coordination in support processes existing in equipment support for electronic warfare anti-UAV operations in urban environments,this paper proposes an equipment support system design method based on the United States Department of Defense Architecture Framework(DoDAF).Driven by mission requirements,this method follows the forward design logic of"requirements-capability-system-ser-vice".By constructing a multi-dimensional model covering the all-view,operational view,system view and service view,it realizes the standardized,visualized and collaborative design of the support system.Combined with the characteristics of urban operations,the element composition and mapping relationship of the core model from each view are clarified,forming a complete system archi-tecture that includes support resource allocation,process optimization and effectiveness evaluation.The results of simulation verifi-cation and effectiveness evaluation show that this system can significantly improve the response speed of equipment support and the efficiency of resource utilization,providing a scientific design framework and practical reference for equipment support of electronic warfare anti-UAV operations in urban environments.
