为准确估算大眼金枪鱼(Thunnus obesus)的渔业资源量,采用声学技术选取1尾大眼金枪鱼,进行CT扫描后,获得鱼体和鳔的形态学参数,基于基尔霍夫近似模型,在频率分别为50、70、90、120、200 kHz和不同倾角的条件下,估算大眼金枪鱼目标强度模型值;利用水声学仪器在相同频率下采集入射电压和反射电压数据,经公式转换后得到大眼金枪鱼目标强度实测值;同时,结合高频下的经验公式,计算目标强度经验值.结果显示:1)在低频(如50、70 kHz)时,实测值精度较高,模型值与实测值具有较高的一致性;2)在高频(如120、200 kHz)下,模型值与经验值较为接近;3)在高频(≥90 kHz)时,模型值和实测值之间的差异主要与实测过程中水声学仪器的性能特点、测量环境及鱼体内部结构有关.研究结果初步验证了基尔霍夫近似模型对大眼金枪鱼目标强度估算的有效性,可为渔业资源水声学评估研究提供参考.

To accurately determine the Thunnus obesus fishery resources,acoustic methods were used and a single individual was selected and scanned using CT to obtain morphological parameters of the fish body and swim bladders.Based on the Kirchhoff approximation model,its'target strength was estimated at frequencies of 50,70,90,120,200 kHz under different tilt angles.Acoustic instruments were used to collect incidents and reflected voltage data at the same frequencies,and the actual measured target strength was obtained through formula conversion.Additionally,empirical values of target strength were calculated using high-frequency empirical formulas.A comparative analysis and statistical test of the model values,measured values,and empirical values showed that:1)At low frequencies(such as 50 and 70 kHz),the measured values had higher accuracy,and the model values were highly consistent with the measured values;2)At high frequencies(such as 120 and 200 kHz),the model values were closer to the empirical values;3)At high frequencies(≥90 kHz),the differences between the model and the measured values were mainly related to the performance characteristics of the acoustic instruments,the measurement environment,and the internal structure of the fish.This study preliminarily verified the effectiveness of the Kirchhoff approximation model in estimating the target strength of T.obesus,providing a reference for fishery resource acoustic assessment research.
