云南德宏地区5种狼尾草属高禾饲草品种比较试验OA
Comparative Trial of Five Tall Pennisetum Forage Varieties in the Dehong Region of Yunnan
为优选适合云南德宏地区种植的狼尾草属高禾饲草,采用随机区组试验设计,对台湾甜象草、德宏象草、热研4号王草、紫象草、巨菌草5个品种进行了为期1年的品种比较试验,通过测定株高、分蘖数、叶茎比、干鲜比、产量和多种营养成分含量,对各品种的生长状况、营养品质等进行比较.结果表明,平均株高以德宏象草最高(279.82 cm),热研4号王草最低(250.42 cm);第1次刈割前分蘖数以台湾甜象草最高(32.56),热研4号王草最低(20.06);叶茎比最高的是紫象草(1.40),德宏象草最低(0.73);干鲜比各品种间不存在显著差异,介于0.14~0.16;台湾甜象草鲜草产量最高(542.54 t/hm2),德宏象草次之(493.91 t/hm2),两者鲜草产量显著高于其他品种(P≤0.01).饲草营养成分中,粗脂肪、钙、磷含量品种间不存在显著差异(P>0.05),粗蛋白含量以紫象草最高(10.36%)、德宏象草最低(6.28%);相对饲用价值以紫象草和德宏象草较高(75.72和74.61),其次为台湾甜象草(72.39),巨菌草和热研4号王草较低(69.99和68.84).综合产量、品质及适应性,云南德宏地区5个牧草品种推广顺序依次为德宏象草、台湾甜象草、紫象草、巨菌草、热研4号王草.
To select high-stature Pennisetum forage grasses suitable for cultivation in the Dehong region of Yunnan,a one-year variety comparison trial using a randomized block design was conducted with five varie-ties:Pennisetum purpureum Schum.cv.'Taiwan',Pennisetum purpureum Schum.cv.'Dehong',Pennise-tum glaucum(L.)R.Br.× Pennisetum purpureum Schum.cv.'Reyan No.4',Pennisetum purpureum Schum.f.atro purpureum,and Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin.Plant height,tiller number,leaf/stem ra-tio,fresh/dry ratio,yield,and various nutrient components were measured,and the growth performance and nutritional quality of the five varieties were compared.The results showed that the average plant height was highest for P.purpureum cv.'Dehong'(279.82 cm)and lowest for P.glaucum × P.purpureum cv.'Reyan No.4'(250.42 cm).Before the first cut,the tiller number was highest for P.purpureum cv.'Tai-wan'(32.56)and lowest for'Reyan No.4'(20.06).The leaf/stem ratio was highest for P.purpureum f.atro purpureum(1.40)and lowest for P.purpureum cv.'Dehong'(0.73).No significant difference in fresh/dry ratio was observed among the varieties,ranging from 0.14 to 0.16.The fresh forage yield of P.purpureum cv.'Taiwan'was the highest(542.54 t/hm2),followed by P.purpureum cv.'Dehong'(493.91 t/hm2),and both were significantly higher than those of the other varieties(P≤0.01).Among the nutritional components,no significant differences were found in crude fat,calcium,or phosphorus content among varieties(P>0.05).The crude protein content was highest for P.purpureum f.atro purpureum(10.36%)and lowest for P.purpureum cv.'Dehong'(6.28%).The relative feed value was higher for P.purpureum f.atro purpureum and P.purpureum cv.'Dehong'(75.72 and 74.61,respectively),followed by P.purpureum cv.'Taiwan'(72.39),while P.giganteum and'Reyan No.4'were lower(69.99 and 68.84,respectively).Based on comprehensive evaluation of yield,quality,and adaptability,the recommended order for extension of the five forage grass varieties in the Dehong region of Yunnan is:Pennisetum purpu-reum Schum.cv.'Dehong',P.purpureum Schum.cv.'Taiwan',P.purpureum Schum.f.atro purpu-reum,Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,and Pennisetum glaucum(L.)R.Br.× Pennisetum purpureum Schum.cv.'Reyan No.4'.
