出生后血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)质量浓度是评价犊牛被动免疫获得情况及奶牛群体免疫健康状态的重要指标.为系统分析规模化牧场条件下犊牛血清IgG质量浓度的变化特征及其影响因素,本研究采集苏北地区某牧场2021-2025年荷斯坦犊牛血清样本共1 952份,经质控后保留有效样本1 098份,使用手持式折光仪对血清IgG质量浓度进行测定,并采用多因素方差分析法分析胎次、妊娠天数、IgG测定日龄、出生重、母牛干奶天数、出生年份和出生季节等因素对犊牛血清IgG质量浓度的影响.结果显示,犊牛血清IgG质量浓度整体呈正态分布,平均为(6.38±0.53)mg/mL,主要集中在6.0~7.0 mg/mL.出生年份和出生季节均对犊牛血清IgG质量浓度有极显著影响(P≤0.01),其中秋季出生犊牛血清IgG质量浓度相对较高;胎次、妊娠天数、IgG测定日龄、出生重和母牛干奶天数对犊牛血清IgG质量浓度的影响均未达到显著水平(P>0.05),但相关性分析显示干奶天数与血清IgG质量浓度呈显著正相关(P≤0.05).本研究结果为牧场免疫健康评估和犊牛培育管理提供了科学依据.

Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)concentration after birth is an important indicator of passive im-munity acquisition in calves and the immune health status of dairy herds.To systematically characterize the variation in serum IgG concentration and identify its influencing factors under large-scale dairy farm condi-tions,this study was conducted on a dairy farm in northern Jiangsu Province.A total of 1 952 serum sam-ples were collected from Holstein calves born from 2021 to 2025,of which 1 098 valid samples were re-tained after quality control.Serum IgG concentration was measured using a handheld refractometer,and multifactorial analysis of variance was performed to evaluate the effects of parity,gestation length,age at IgG measurement,birth weight,maternal dry period length,birth year,and birth season on calf serum IgG concentration.The results showed that the overall concentration of IgG in calf serum was approximately normally distributed,with an average of(6.38±0.53)mg/mL,and mainly concentrated within the range of 6.0-7.0 mg/mL.Both birth year and birth season had highly significant effects on the serum IgG concen-tration of calves(P≤0.01),with calves born in autumn exhibiting relatively higher serum IgG concentra-tions.In contrast,parity,gestation length,age at IgG measurement,birth weight,and maternal dry period length had no significant effects on serum IgG concentration(P>0.05).However,correlation analysis re-vealed a significant positive correlation between maternal dry period length and calf serum IgG concentra-tion(P ≤ 0.05).These findings provide a scientific basis for the immune health assessment and calf-rearing management of calf breeding in dairy farms.
