不同激素处理方式在肉牛同期发情中的应用效果研究OA
Investigation into the impact of various hormone treatments on synchronized estrus in beef cattle
为筛选适用于甘肃酒泉地区规模化肉牛养殖的同期发情处理方案,提高母牛繁殖效率,本研究比较了不同同期发情程序的应用效果.将66头2~3岁的西门塔尔高代杂交空怀母牛均分为3组,选用孕酮阴道栓(CIDR)、孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、氯前列醇钠(PGF2α)4 种药物,分别采用方案 Ⅰ(CIDR+PGF2α+PMSG)、方案 Ⅱ(GnRH+PGF2α+GnRH)和方案Ⅲ(PGF2α+PGF2α)对3组母牛进行同期发情处理,比较各方案的同期发情率、情期受胎率、处理牛受胎率及药物成本.结果表明,方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ的同期发情率分别为86.36%和81.82%,均显著高于方案Ⅲ(P≤0.05),且方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ差异不显著(P>0.05);方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ处理牛受胎率分别为63.64%和59.09%,二者差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于方案Ⅲ组(P≤0.05).综合考虑经济成本以及操作简易程度等因素,GnRH+PGF2α+GnRH方案在保证较高繁殖效果的同时,具有操作简便、成本较低的优势,更适宜在酒泉地区规模化肉牛养殖场推广应用.
To screen a suitable estrus synchronization protocol for large-scale beef cattle farming in the Jiu-quan region of Gansu and improve the reproductive efficiency of cows,this study compared the application effects of different estrus synchronization procedures.A total of 66 2-3 years old non-pregnant high-gene-ration crossbred Simmental cows were selected as experimental subjects.Four drugs,namely controlled in-ternal drug release(CIDR),pregnant mare serum gonadotropin(PMSG),gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)and cloprostenol sodium(PGF2α),were used to implement three estrus synchronization protocols:Protocol Ⅰ(CIDR+PGF2α+PMSG),Protocol Ⅱ(GnRH+PGF2α+GnRH),and Protocol Ⅲ (PGF2α+PGF2α).The estrus synchronization rate,conception rate during the estrous cycle,overall concep-tion rate of treated cows and drug cost of each protocol were compared.The results showed that the estrus synchronization rates of Protocol Ⅰ and Protocol Ⅱ were 86.36%and 81.82%,respectively,both signifi-cantly higher than that of Protocol Ⅲ(P ≤ 0.05),while no significant difference was observed between Protocol Ⅰ and Protocol Ⅱ(P>0.05).The overall conception rates of treated cows in Protocol Ⅰ and Pro-tocol Ⅱ were 63.64%and 59.09%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but both were significantly higher than that of the Protocol Ⅲ group(P ≤0.05).Considering the comprehensive factors including economic cost and operational simplicity,the GnRH+PGF2α+GnRH protocol has the advantages of easy operation and low cost while ensuring high reproductive performance,making it more suitable for promotion and application in large-scale beef cattle farms in the Jiuquan region.
