张家川红花牛断奶母犊分阶段饲养效果试验OA
Experiment of Phased Rearing Effects on Weaned Female Calves of Zhangjiachuan Honghua Cattle
为评价分阶段饲养对断奶母犊生长发育及养殖效益的影响,培育优质后备母牛,本试验选择健康、体重接近150 kg的张家川红花牛断奶母犊60头,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30头.对照组沿用传统饲养方法;试验组依据《肉牛饲养标准(NY/T815-2004)》,利用当地饲料原料,采用线性规划法设计目标日增重为1.0 kg的分阶段(体重分别达150、175、200、225 kg时)日粮配方,日粮配方经人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)优化配制,用全混合日粮(total mixed ration,TMR)技术加工后饲喂.试验预试期7 d,正试期100 d.测定并分析试验犊牛体重体尺和体型变化、采食量、饲料转化效率及投产比.结果表明,试验组犊牛生长发育良好,各阶段体尺体重增长均处于合理范围,符合生长母牛繁殖前最佳体况标准.试验组母犊日增重(1 022.4±19.76)g,日增体高、体斜长和胸围分别为0.172、0.184和0.246 cm,比对照组日增体重、体高、体斜长和胸围分别提高127.55%、132.43%、113.95%和123.64%.试验组93.33%的母犊保持2.5分肥瘦适宜体况,而对照组体况4.0分的肥胖母犊占比高达83.33%.试验组头均日增重收益19.66元,对照组4.11元;试验组投产比1.79,对照组0.44,均极显著高于对照组(P≤0.01).综上所述,分阶段饲养系列日粮配方能够精准满足日增重1 kg的营养需求,饲喂效果良好,还能提升母犊后续繁殖性能,养殖效益显著提高.
To evaluate the effects of phased rearing on the growth,development and breeding economic be-nefits of weaned heifer calves and cultivate high-quality replacement heifers,60 healthy weaned Zhangjia-chuan Honghua cattle heifer calves with body weight close to 150 kg were selected and randomly divided into a test group and a control group,with 30 calves in each group.The control group adopted the traditio-nal rearing method.For the experimental group,based on the Feeding Standard of Beef Cattle(NY/T 815-2004),phased dietary formulas with a target average daily gain(ADG)of 1.0 kg were designed by linear programming using local feed ingredients,corresponding to body weights of 150,175,200 and 225 kg,respectively.The dietary formulas were optimized by artificial intelligence(AI)and processed with total mixed ration(TMR)technology before feeding.The experiment consisted of a 7-day pre-experimental pe-riod and a 100-day formal experimental period.The changes in body weight,body size and body conforma-tion,feed intake,feed conversion efficiency and input-output ratio of the calves were measured and ana-lyzed.The results showed that the calves in the experimental group grew and developed well,and the growth of body weight and body size at each stage fell within a reasonable range,meeting the optimal body condition standard for growing heifers before reproduction.The ADG of heifer calves in the experimental group was(1 022.4±19.76)g,and the daily increments of body height,body oblique length and chest cir-cumference were 0.172 cm,0.184 cm and 0.246 cm,respectively,which were 127.55%,132.43%,113.95%and 123.64%higher than those in the control group.In the experimental group,93.33%of the heifer calves maintained a moderate body condition with a body condition score(BCS)of 2.5 points fat and lean,while the proportion of obese female calves in the control group with a body condition of 4.0 points was as high as 83.33%.The average daily gain income per head was 19.66 yuan in the experimental group and 4.11 yuan in the control group;the input-output ratio was 1.79 in the experimental group and 0.44 in the control group,both significantly higher than the control group(P≤0.01).In summary,the series of phased rearing dietary formulas can accurately meet the nutritional requirement for 1 kg ADG,with good feeding effects,and can also improve the subsequent reproductive performance of heifer calves,and significantly enhance breeding economic benefits.
