枯草芽孢杆菌与黄芪粗提物对夏南牛生长和粪便微生物的影响OA
Effects of Bacillus subtilis and Astragalus membranaceus Crude Extract on the Growth Performance and Fecal Microbiota in Xianan Cattle
为了研究饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌与黄芪粗提物对夏南牛生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道菌群的影响,本试验选取60头健康、体重相近的雄性夏南牛,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头牛.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌10 g/头和黄芪粗提物20 g/头.预试期7 d,正试期120 d.结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组夏南牛的终末体重(P≤0.05)、平均日增重(P≤0.001)和平均日采食量(P≤0.01)均显著提高,料重比显著降低(P≤0.05).试验组夏南牛血清丙二醛浓度和白细胞介素-6质量浓度极显著下降(P≤0.01),总蛋白、白蛋白、β-羟丁酸、尿素氮、甘油三酯、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总抗氧化能力、谷丙转氨酶和白细胞介素-2等与对照组相比无显著差异.肠道菌群分析显示,试验组厚壁菌门D和放线菌门相对丰度与对照组相比呈上升趋势,拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门_A相对丰度呈下降趋势,螺旋体门相对丰度显著下降(P≤0.05),厚壁菌门C相对丰度显著上升(P≤0.05);LEfSe分析发现,试验组中消化链球菌科(Peptostreptococcaceae)和特里斯孢菌(Terrisporobacter)等有益菌群显著富集.综上,饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌与黄芪粗提物可显著提高夏南牛的生长性能,增强机体抗氧化能力,并优化肠道菌群结构.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Bacil-lus subtilis and Astragalus membranaceus crude extract on the growth performance,serum biochemical in-dices,and gut microbiota of Xianan cattle.Sixty healthy male Xianan cattle with similar body weight were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 3 replicates of 10 cattle.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 10 g/head Bacillus subtilis and 20 g/head Astragalus membranaceus crude extract.The trial consisted of a 7-day preliminary feeding period and a 120-day formal feeding period.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significantly increased final body weight(P 0.05),average daily gain(P≤0.001),and average daily feed intake(P ≤0.01),along with a significantly decreased feed-to-gain ratio(P≤ 0.05).Serum concentrations of malondialdehyde and interleukin-6 in the experimental group were extremely significantly decreased(P≤0.01),while total protein,albumin,β-hydroxybutyrate,blood urea nitrogen,triglycerides,superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,total an-tioxidant capacity,alanine aminotransferase,and interleukin-2 showed no significant differences between the two groups.Gut microbiota analysis revealed that,compared with the control group,the relative abun-dances of Firmicutes_D and Actinobacteria in the experimental group showed an upward trend,whereas those of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes_A displayed a downward trend;the relative abundance of Spirochae-tes significantly decreased(P≤0.05),and that of FirmicutesC significantly increased(P≤0.05).LEfSe analysis further identified a significant enrichment of beneficial bacteria such as Peptostreptococcaceae and Terrisporobacter in the experimental group.In conclusion,dietary supplementation with Bacillus subtilis and Astragalus membranaceus crude extract significantly improves the growth performance,enhances the antioxidant capacity,and optimizes the gut microbiota structure of Xianan cattle.
