Visualization Analysis of Cranberry Research Hotspots Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Mapping and Patent Bibliometrics

为探究蔓越莓的研究现状及发展趋势,基于 CiteSpace 知识图谱与 IncoPat 专利数据库,对蔓越莓相关研究进行可视化分析.研究检索了 2000-2025 年 CNKI 数据库中文文献和 Web of Science 数据库英文文献,利用 CiteSpace 软件对所选文献的关键词进行可视化分析,利用 IncoPat 专利平台分析了 2000-2025 年蔓越莓相关专利.检索到中文文献 156 篇,英文文献1 235 篇,热点集中在蔓越莓生物活性成分、保健功能以及产品开发方面.全球范围内蔓越莓相关专利共 1 933 件,以食品及原料处理类专利为主.蔓越莓相关研究前景广阔,已构建起较为完善的研发体系,目前研究方向已由蔓越莓单一活性物质研究拓展至人类饮食健康相关领域,蔓越莓在食品及医药领域的开发将成为未来研究的热点.研究通过对蔓越莓相关研究的可视化分析,为蔓越莓的研究内容、热点方向及产品研发等方面提供数据支撑和参考.

To investigate the research status and developing trends of cranberry,visualization analysis on cranberry-related literatures and patents was performed using CiteSpace knowledge mapping and the IncoPat patent database.Chinese papers from CNKI and English literature from Web of Science published during 2000-2025 were retrieved.CiteSpace was used to perform keyword visualization of selected literatures,while IncoPat was utilized to analyze cranberry-related patents issued from 2000 to 2025.A total of 156 Chinese articles and 1 235 English articles were screened.Current research hotspots mainly on bioactive components,health benefits,and product development of cranberries.Globally,1 933 cranberry-related patents were collected,most of which belonged to food manufacture and raw material processing.Cranberry-related research enjoys promising prospects with a relatively mature research and development system.Current research has extended from isolated bioactive constituents to human dietary health,and the exploitation of cranberry in food and pharmaceutical industries will become a mainstream research direction in the future.This visualized bibliometric and patent analysis provides data reference for subsequent basic research and industrial product development of cranberry.
