非致细胞病变型牛病毒性腹泻病毒感染BALB/c小鼠肠道微生物变化与分析OA
Changes and Analysis of Gut Microbiota in BALB/c Mice Infected with Non-Cytopathic Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus
为揭示非致细胞病变型牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Non-cytopathic bovine viral diarrhea virus,NCP BVDV)感染对 BALB/c小鼠肠道微生物的影响,实验将小鼠分为对照组和 NCP BVDV 感染组.于 BVDV 感染后 7d 收集小鼠粪便样本,采用16S rRNA 测序技术对粪便微生物进行检测.结果表明,NCP BVDV 感染改变了肠道微生物组成.其中,NCP BVDV 组中Saccharimonadaceae(酵母科)和 Ruminococcaceae(瘤胃球菌科)等有益菌的丰度显著降低.同时,NCP BVDV 感染也显著降低了 Ruminococcus(瘤胃球菌属)和 Candidatus_Saccharimonas(假丝酵母菌属)的丰度.此外,Faecalibacterium(粪杆菌属)和Lactobacillus_intestinalis(肠乳杆菌)等短链脂肪酸产生菌的丰度在 NCP BVDV 组中也显著减少.上述结果首次揭示 NCP BVDV 感染与肠道微生物间存在联系.
To investigate the effects of non-cytopathic bovine viral diarrhea virus(NCP BVDV)infection on the gut microbiota of BALB/c mice,the mice were divided into a control group and an NCP BVDV infection group.Fecal samples were collected at 7 days post-infection(7 dpi),and gut microbiota were analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing.The results demonstrated that NCP BVDV infection altered the composition of gut microbiota.The relative abundances of beneficial bacteria such as Saccharimonadaceae and Ruminococcaceae were significantly decreased in the NCP BVDV group.Meanwhile,the abundances of Ruminococcus and Candidatus Saccharimonas were also markedly reduced.Furthermore,short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria including Faecalibacterium and Lactobacillus intestinalis exhibited significantly lower abundance after NCP BVDV infection.The above findings firstly reveal an association between NCP BVDV infection and gut microbiota.
