大豆作为全球重要的经济作物,其生长发育常受多种胁迫因子的严重制约,而在调控大豆应对胁迫的分子网络中转录因子发挥着重要作用.在众多转录因子类型中,碱性亮氨酸拉链(bZIP)转录因子家族是植物界广泛存在的一类家族,且在大豆的生长发育及逆境胁迫中扮演着重要角色.文中以大豆 bZIP 转录因子家族为研究对象,系统探究其基本结构特征与生物学功能,重点解析大豆该家族响应并调控病害(生物胁迫)、干旱、盐及低温(非生物胁迫)等多种逆境的分子机制,并探究其在生物与非生物胁迫条件下对大豆产量形成的间接调控效应.通过对上述研究内容的系统梳理与整合,不仅为阐明大豆 bZIP 转录因子的逆境调控作用机理提供理论支撑,还为大豆抗逆遗传改良及产量提升奠定坚实的理论基础.

Soybean(Glycine max)has long been recognized as an economically important crop worldwide,and its growth and development were frequently severely restricted by various stress factors.Transcription factors played crucial roles in the molecular networks that regulated soybean response to stresses.Among diverse transcription factor families,the basic leucine zipper(bZIP)family was widely distributed in plants and functions importantly in soybean growth,development,and stress tolerance.Focusing on the soybean bZIP transcription factor family,this paper systematically reviewed its structural characteristics and biological functions,with emphasis on the molecular mechanisms underlying its responses and regulations to biotic stresses such as diseases,as well as abiotic stresses including drought,salt,and low temperature.The indirect regulatory effects of soybean bZIP on yield formation under biotic and abiotic stresses were also discussed.Through comprehensive integration and summary of relevant studies,this review provided theoretical support for clarifying the stress regulatory mechanisms of soybean bZIP transcription factors and laid a solid foundation for the genetic improvement of stress resistance and yield enhancement in soybean.
