秸秆还田方式对半干旱区黑土养分含量、酶活性及玉米生长的影响OA
Effects of Straw Returning Methods on the Black Soil Nutrient Content,Enzyme Activity and Maize Growth in Semi-Arid Regions
为探究不同秸秆还田方式对半干旱区黑土养分含量、酶活性及玉米生长的影响,通过设置秸秆离田(RT)、免耕秸秆覆盖还田(SC)和深耕秸秆翻埋还田(SP)3 种秸秆还田方式,研究不同秸秆还田方式对土壤理化特性、玉米生长及产量的影响.结果表明:与RT 处理相比,秸秆还田处理均显著降低了各土层土壤 pH和土壤容重(BD)值;在 0~20 cm 土层,SC 和 SP 处理下土壤养分和酶活性均显著高于 RT 处理;在 20~40 cm 土层,SP 处理显著高于其他处理;不同生育期间,SP 处理较 SC 和 RT 处理均显著提高了根系特性(增幅分别为 11.48%~68.73%和 3.59%~43.16%),而 SC 较 RT 处理仅显著提高了根系活性(17.86%)和根直径(7.62%和20.24%);SP 处理下抽雄期和完熟期的茎秆重、根冠比、光合特性显著高于 RT 和 SC.综上,SP 处理显著改善土壤特性,促进玉米根系和植株生长,提高玉米产量.
To investigate the effects of different straw returning methods on black soil nutrient content,enzyme activity and maize growth in semi-arid regions,three treatment were designed:rotary tillage with straw removed from the field(RT),no-tillage with straw mulching(SC),and deep ploughing with straw incorporation(SP).The impacts of different straw returning patterns on soil physical and chemical properties,maize growth and yield were investigated.The results demonstrated that compared with RT,straw returning treatments significantly reduced soil pH and bulk density(BD)in each soil layer.In the 0-20 cm soil layer,soil nutrients and enzyme activities under SC and SP were significantly higher than those under RT.In the 20-40 cm soil layer,SP was significantly higher than the other treatments.During different growth stages,SP markedly improved root traits compared with SC and RT,with increases ranging from 11.48%to 68.73%and 3.59%to 43.16%,respectively,while SC only significantly enhanced root activity(17.86%)and root diameter(7.62%and 20.24%)compared with RT.Moreover,SP significantly increased stem weight,root-shoot ratio,and photosynthetic characteristics at stasseling stage and full maturity stage compared with RT and SC.Overall,SP substantially improved soil properties,promoted maize root and plant growth,and increased maize yield.
