单液滴附着光学窗口的光谱透射特性模拟分析OA

Simulation and Analysis of Spectral Transmission Characteristics for a Single Droplet Attached on Optical Window

当液滴附着于飞机风挡和红外探测窗口等光学玻璃表面时,会导致其光谱透射性能显著下降.文章针对单个液滴附着光学窗口这类复合结构,考虑表面张力与重力效应,采用Surface Evolver重构液滴形貌,并基于介质辐射传输理论,建立液滴附着窗口的光谱辐射传输模型,利用蒙特卡罗光线追踪方法进行模拟,获得复合结构的光谱透射率.讨论了基于理想球冠假设的液滴形状模型计算偏差,分析了液滴尺寸、接触角、入射方向及波长等参数的影响规律.结果表明,采用球冠近似液滴形貌时,液滴附着窗口光谱透射率的计算偏差随液滴特征尺寸增加而增大,最大偏差可达43.93%;接触角增大,光谱透射率呈现增大趋势,液滴特征尺寸2.0 mm时透射率数值变化可达0.2;此外,当波长小于2.5 μm时,从液滴侧入射的光谱透过率整体高于从玻璃侧入射的计算结果.

The adhesion of droplets to optical glass surfaces,such as aircraft windshields and infrared detection win-dows,markedly degrades the spectral transmittance.The composite structure formed by a single droplet adhering to an optical window is investigated.The droplet morphology is reconstructed using Surface Evolver,considering the effects of surface tension and gravity.Spectral radiative transfer model for the droplet-on-window system is developed based on the theory of radiative transfer in participating media.The spectral transmittance is simulated via the Monte Carlo ray tracing method.The computational deviations caused by the idealized spherical-cap assumption for the droplet shape are discussed,and the influences of droplet size,contact angle,direction of incidence,and wavelength are analyzed.The re-sults demonstrate that when the droplet morphology is approximated as a spherical cap,the deviation in spectral trans-mittance increases with the droplet's characteristic size,reaching a maximum of 43.93%.The spectral transmittance in-creases with larger contact angles,exhibiting a variation of up to 0.2 at a characteristic droplet size of 2.0 mm.Further-more,the spectral transmittance at wavelengths below 2.5 μm is generally higher when light is incident from the droplet side than that from the glass side.
