Design Software Development of Mechanical Elements Based on Digital Expression of Design Specifications
以齿轮、轴承等为代表的机械基础件是构成装备功能单元的核心零部件,其性能直接决定整机的可靠性和稳定性.开发高效、精确的机械基础件设计软件对于提升制造业水平和保障产业链自主可控至关重要.由于机制惯性和知识固化程度低,在智能AI设计潮流发展驱动下,要求工程设计中链条直接、简洁,相比以往常规齿轮设计软件,文章提出一种基于非结构化数据解析的设计规范数字化表达方法,开发了机械基础件设计软件.这种数字化表达方法可以提升开发效率,并显著降低因人工解读标准不一致导致的错误与返工.该软件集成了圆柱齿轮、锥齿轮、滚动轴承、轴、花键、平键等基础件的几何参数计算、承载能力校核、标准件选型、二/三维可视化及报告生成功能.以某航空发动机附件机匣传动系统为例,对该软件的计算结果与KISSsoft软件进行了对比分析,结果表明,齿轮强度安全系数、轴承基本使用寿命等参数偏差在7%以内,为机械工业软件的自主可控提供了支撑.
Mechanical components such as gears and bearings are fundamental to the functional units of advanced equip-ment,and their performance directly affects the reliability and stability of the whole machine.The development of effi-cient and precise design software for mechanical components is essential for advancing the level of the manufacturing industry.Due to low institutional inertia and low degree of solidification and driven by artificial intelligence design trends,engineering requires direct and simple processes Compared with conventional gear design software,this study proposes a digital method for expressing design specifications through unstructured data parsing and develops software for mechanical component design,improving efficiency while reducing errors and rework caused by inconsistent manual interpretation of standards.The software integrates modules for calculating the geometric parameters of funda-mental components-including cylindrical gears,bevel gears,rolling bearings,shafts,splines,and flat keys-as well as for checking load capacity,selecting standard parts,generating 2D/3D visualizations,and outputting design reports.Using the transmission system of an aviation engine accessory gearbox as a case study,the software's calculation results are compared and analyzed against those obtained from KISSsoft.The results indicate that the deviation in parameters such as the gear strength safety factor and the basic service life of bearings remains within 7%,providing support for the inde-pendent control of mechanical industry software.
