电连接器性能退化对飞机操纵性能影响研究OA
Research on Impact of Electrical Connector Degradation on Aircraft Handling Qualities
平尾舵机的信号传输线路中有若干电接触元件,当元件因腐蚀等原因出现性能退化时,会导致舵机运动特性与飞行员操纵输入量发生偏差,轻则影响飞行操控品质,严重时甚至危及飞行安全.文章以飞机平尾舵机信号传输线路典型电连接器为研究对象,通过加速试验分析了海洋环境下电连接器的损伤行为,得到了电连接器外观损伤、质量变化以及电气性能变化规律;以平尾舵机为研究对象,将经过加速试验的电连接器接入其信号传输线路,通过地面试验分析了电连接器性能退化对平尾舵机响应特性、飞机操纵性能的影响.结果表明:加速试验后,电连接器壳体表面出现腐蚀物,质量和接触电阻均呈现增加趋势,绝缘电阻和介质耐电压两项参数符合判据要求;平尾舵机测试设备电气信号通道加入腐蚀的电连接器及其尾附、线缆后,活塞运动位置发生偏移,与未腐蚀时相比,这种偏移量均小于0.5 mm,且会对平尾偏角响应特性、飞机纵向静操纵性产生影响.
The signal transmission circuit of the flat tail servo contains multiple electrical contact components.When these components degrade due to corrosion or other factors,deviations arise between the servo's motion characteristics and the pilot's control inputs.In mild cases,this affects flight handling quality,in severe cases,it may even endanger flight safety.This study focuses on a typical electrical connector in the flat tail servo's signal transmission circuit.Accel-erated testing is conducted to analyze the connector's degradation behavior in marine environments.Results revealed patterns of appearance damage,weight changes,and electrical performance degradation.For a specific flat tail servo,de-graded connectors from accelerated testing are integrated into its signal transmission circuit.Ground tests are performed to evaluate how connector degradation impacts the servo's response characteristics and aircraft control performance.The results indicate that after the accelerated test,corrosion products appeared on the surface of the electrical connector housing,with both weight and interfacial contact resistance showing an increasing trend,while insulation resistance and dielectric withstand voltage met the criteria requirements.When the corroded electrical connectors,their tail accessories,and cables are added to the electrical signal channel of the flat tail servo test equipment,the piston movement position shifts.Compared to the uncorroded state,this deviation is consistently less than 0.5 mm.Meanwhile,such deviations re-sulted in effects on the flat tail deflection angle response characteristics and the aircraft's longitudinal static controllabil-ity.
