废弃通用塑料的环境危害分析及其资源再利用方法OA

Environmental hazard analysis of waste general plastics and its resource reuse methods

随着各类通用塑料制品消耗量的持续增长,其对全球环境带来了越来越严重的塑料污染问题.文章分析了废弃通用塑料对环境的危害,进而系统综述了废弃通用塑料的初级回收、机械回收、化学回收和酶解回收等前沿资源再利用方法,以及这些回收方法对应的原理、特点与应用前景.结果表明,这些方法中,化学回收和酶解回收分别通过创新催化剂设计与温和的反应条件,可将废弃通用塑料高效转化为单体、燃料、高值化学品及新型功能材料,从而可实现从"线性消耗"到"循环再生"的模式转变.

With the continuous growth in the consumption of various general plastic products,increasingly serious plastic pollution problems were brought to the global environment.The hazards of waste general plastics to the environment were analyzed,and then the frontier resource recycling methods for waste general plastics,including primary recycling,mechanical recycling,chemical recycling and enzymatic recycling,were systematically reviewed,along with the principles,characteristics and application prospects corresponding to these recycling methods.The results showed that among these methods,chemical recycling and enzymatic recycling,through innovative catalyst design and mild reaction conditions,could efficiently convert waste general plastics into monomers,fuels,high-value chemicals and novel functional materials,and thus the mode transformation from"linear consumption"to"circular regeneration"could be realized.
