农村生活污水治理模式分析及资源化利用对策OA

以山东地区农村生活污水治理为研究对象,旨在解决当前治理模式同质化、运维成本高、小型污水站出水难以稳定达标等突出问题,为当地农村小微水体、面源与溢流污染防控提供技术支撑.调研发现大量村庄采用高成本收集池拉运模式,污水设施设计粗放、污水源分散、进水浓度偏低,日处理规模 50 t以下的污水处理站难以稳定达标;对比不同污水处理工艺的处理效果与运维成本,构建"收集池+生态+资源化利用""生物+生态+资源化利用"两类复合处理模式并配套相应技术体系开展研究.该两类生物—生态复合工艺兼具污染物去除效果好、运行成本低、运维简易的优势."收集池+生态+资源化利用"和"生物+生态+资源化利用"模式适配山东农村污水治理现状,可有效降低运维成本、稳定出水水质,适用于区域农村水环境综合治理的推广应用.

The treatment of rural domestic sewage in Shandong Province was focused on,which was aimed at tackling prominent bottlenecks including homogenized conventional treatment models,high operation and maintenance(O&M)costs,and the poor stability of pollutant discharge compliance at small-scale sewage treatment stations.Technical support was offered for pollution prevention and control of small rural water bodies,agricultural non-point source pollution and overflow pollution in local areas.It was showed by field investigations that costly sewage collection tank and hauling systems were relied on by most villages.It was made difficult by deficiencies including rudimentary facility design,scattered sewage discharge sources and low influent pollutant concentrations for treatment stations with a daily capacity below 50 tons to sustain stable standard-compliant effluent.By comparing the pollutant removal performance and O&M expenditures of various sewage treatment processes,two integrated treatment frameworks were developed.The"collection tank+ecological treatment+resource recovery"model and the"biological treatment+ecological treatment+resource recovery"model,alongside a complete matching technical system for in-depth analysis.Both bio-ecological combined processes were featured with efficient pollutant elimination,low operational expenditure and streamlined daily O&M.The two proposed models were fitted well with the actual conditions of rural sewage governance across Shandong Province.O&M costs could be substantially cut and stable effluent quality could be guaranteed by them,and they were made suitable for large-scale promotion and application in the integrated remediation of regional rural aquatic environments.
