为促进水葫芦与牛粪的资源化利用,研究以不同配比的牛粪与水葫芦作为蚯蚓堆制基质,设置了水葫芦质量分数分别为 50%、67%、75%、80%和 100%的 5个处理组进行实验.结果表明,添加水葫芦能够有效调节堆制基质的含水率、总有机碳、总氮含量及碳氮比,并在一定程度上提升蚯蚓的摄食速率.然而,过高的水葫芦质量分数(≥80%)会显著抑制蚯蚓的体重与体长增长.通过蚯蚓肠道解剖及肠道微生物高通量测序分析发现,高水葫芦质量分数处理组显著降低了蚯蚓肠道菌群的多样性与丰富度,并改变了菌群结构,具体表现为变形菌门菌群的丰度明显上升,而浮霉菌门丰度下降,该变化可能影响蚯蚓肠道的消化吸收功能及整体肠道健康.从健康养殖与转化效率的角度出发,研究推荐水葫芦的优化配比为75%,该比例可在实现水葫芦高效转化的同时,最大程度降低对蚯蚓正常生长的不利影响.

To promote the resource utilization of water hyacinth and cattle manure,five treatment groups with water hyacinth mass percentages of 50%,67%,75%,80%,and 100%were set up as vermicomposting substrates with different ratios of cattle manure to water hyacinth.It was shown by the results that the moisture content,total organic carbon,total nitrogen content and C/N ratio of the substrates could be effectively regulated by the addition of water hyacinth,and the feeding rate of earthworms was enhanced to some extent.However,the growth of earthworm body weight and body length was significantly inhibited by a high water hyacinth mass percentage(≥80%).Through intestinal dissection and high-throughput sequencing analysis of gut microbiota,it was found that the diversity and richness of the gut microbial community were significantly reduced by the high water hyacinth percentage treatment group,and the community structure was altered.Specifically,the abundance of Proteobacteria was increased,while that of Planctomycetes was decreased,and this change could affect the digestive and absorptive functions and overall gut health of earthworms.From the perspective of healthy breeding and conversion efficiency,the optimal ratio of water hyacinth was recommended as 75%by the study,by which efficient conversion of water hyacinth could be achieved and the adverse effects on the normal growth of earthworms were minimized to the greatest extent.
