探究耕地绿色低碳利用绩效有助于建立环境友好型、低碳减排型、可持续生产型的耕地资源系统,实现农业可持续发展.文章基于 2008-2022年"绿色-低碳-经济"三维框架,综合运用系统综合评价模型、空间分析模型和经济计量回归模型对耕地绿色低碳利用绩效的时空分异特征及其驱动因素进行探究.结果表明:2008-2022年中国 31个省(区、市)耕地绿色低碳利用绩效呈"缓慢下降-波动缓增-加速增长"的阶段性特点.中国 31个省(区、市)耕地绿色低碳利用绩效总体呈北高南低、西高东低的空间分布,区域差异随时间推进趋于收敛.中国 31个省(区、市)的耕地绿色低碳利用绩效存在显著的空间正相关性,局部以高-高和低-低空间集聚为主.种植结构调整、涉农支出对耕地绿色低碳利用绩效具有显著的正向影响,现阶段科技投入水平对耕地绿色低碳利用绩效具有显著的负向影响.未来应进一步优化种植结构,构建耕地保护协同机制,发挥高值区域引领作用,以促进耕地绿色低碳利用绩效的全面提升.

Explorations into the green and low-carbon cultivated land utilization performance were conducted to establish an environmentally friendly,low-carbon emission-reduction and sustainable production-oriented cultivated land resource system,through which the sustainable development of agriculture was realized.Based on the three-dimensional framework of"greenness-low carbon-economy",a comprehensive system evaluation model,a spatial analysis model,and an econometric regression model were synthetically adopted,and the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics and driving factors of green and low-carbon cultivated land utilization performance across China were investigated.The results showed that the stage characteristics of"slow decline-mild fluctuating growth-accelerated growth"were identified for the green and low-carbon cultivated land utilization performance of 31 provincial-level regions in China from 2008 to 2022.An overall spatial pattern of higher values in the northern and western regions and lower values in the southern and eastern regions was detected for the utilization performance,and regional disparities were found to converge over time.Significant positive spatial autocorrelation was verified for the utilization performance across all provincial-level units,and local spatial agglomerations were dominated by high-high and low-low clusters.Remarkably positive impacts on the utilization performance were detected from cropping structure adjustment and agriculture-related expenditures,while significantly negative influences were measured for the current level of scientific and technological input.Optimization of cropping structures,construction of collaborative mechanisms for cultivated land protection,and full play to the leading role of high-performance regions were proposed for the future,so that comprehensive improvements in the green and low-carbon utilization performance of cultivated land could be promoted.
