为给梅江灌区工程设计与生态保护提供科学依据,本研究以系统评估工程对湿地生态系统的影响、提出有效生态保护措施、确保工程建设生态可行为目标.研究内容主要包括3个方面:①采用现场调查与资料分析相结合的方法,全面掌握工程涉及湿地公园范围内湿地资源、生物多样性及生态系统完整性现状;②运用叠图法和生态机理法,预测工程对湿地公园生态结构与功能的影响;③提出施工组织优化、动植物保护等综合减缓措施.研究结果表明,在落实上述措施后,工程对湿地公园生态系统结构、功能及生物多样性的影响较小,影响处于可控范围,工程建设具备生态可行性.本研究可为同类工程环境影响评价提供方法借鉴,促进灌区发展与湿地生态功能保护协调推进.

To provide scientific basis for the design and ecological protection of the Meijiang Irrigation District Project,this paper aims to systematically assess the impact of the project on the wetland ecosystem,propose effective ecological protection measures,and ensure ecological feasibility of project construction.The research content encompasses three aspects:① comprehensive field surveys combined with data analysis are conducted to comprehensively understand the current status of wetland resources,biodiversity,and ecosystem integrity within the wetland park area involved in the project;② overlay mapping method and ecological mechanism method are employed to predict the impact of the project on the ecological structure and function of the wetland park;③ comprehensive mitigation measures including construction process optimization and flora and fauna protection are proposed.The results indicate that,with the implementation of the above measures,the impact of the project on the ecosystem structure,function,and biodiversity of the wetland park is relatively minor and within a controllable range,demonstrating the ecological feasibility of the project construction.This study can provide methodological references for environmental impact assessment of similar projects and promote coordinated advancement of irrigation district development and wetland ecological function protection.
