供水安全约束下椒花水库生态补水窗口期与动态调控研究OA
Ecological Water Replenishment Window Period and Dynamic Regulation of Jiaohua Reservoir under Water Supply Safety Constraints
针对南方湿润地区水库生态补水面临的供水与生态协同的共性问题,本研究以椒花水库为研究对象,构建多情景调控模型,系统分析初始水位、补水开始月、生态补水量对供水保障与生态效益的耦合影响,明确供水满足率≥95%约束下的最优调控策略.结果表明:155 m为生态补水有效实施阈值,175 m为全策略供水安全保障阈值,2-4月为最佳补水窗口期,3月补水综合效益最优;基于初始水位划分高、中、低3个阶段,提出差异化动态调控方案,建立生态补水量、补水开始月、最小初始库容的耦合调控模型.本研究提出的分阶段动态调控策略,可实现供水安全与生态效益的平衡,为湘江流域同类水库生态调度提供技术支撑.
Aiming at the common problem of coordination between water supply and ecology faced by reservoir ecological water replenishment in humid southern regions,this paper takes Jiaohua Reservoir as the research object and constructs a multi-scenario regulation model.The coupled effects of initial water level,replenishment start month,and ecological replenishment volume on water supply guarantee and ecological benefits are systematically analyzed,with the objective of identifying the optimal regulation strategy under the constraint of water supply satisfaction rate≥95%.The results indicate that 155 m is the effective implementation threshold for ecological water replenishment,175 m is the full-strategy water supply security threshold,and the period from February to April constitutes the optimal replenishment window,with March yielding the best comprehensive benefits.Based on the initial water level,three stages of high,medium,and low are divided,and a differentiated dynamic regulation scheme is proposed.A coupled regulation model of ecological replenishment volume,replenishment start month,and minimum initial storage capacity is established.The phased dynamic regulation strategy proposed in this study achieves a balance between water supply safety and ecological benefits,providing technical support for ecological regulation of similar reservoirs in the Xiangjiang River basin.
