大中型水库工程生态流量体系综合确定OA
Comprehensive Determination of Ecological Flow System for Large and Medium-Sized Reservoir Projects
大中型水库工程是区域水资源配置的重要支撑,对发挥工程社会、经济及生态效益具有重要意义,同时会对河流生态系统产生一定影响.通过保障河流生态流量,可在一定程度上减缓拦河筑坝对河流生态系统的不利影响.本文以重庆市福寿岩大型水库工程为例,依据工程影响河段的生态保护目标,确定生态流量的组成及分期,分别计算生态基流和敏感期生态流量,并在分析其合理性、可达性与协调性的基础上,综合确定工程生态流量.研究成果可为其他大中型水库工程勘察设计提供参考.
Large and medium-sized reservoir projects are important supports for regional water resources allocation,and are of great significance for exerting social,economic,and ecological benefits of projects,while also producing certain impacts on river ecosystems.Through ensuring river ecological flow,the adverse impacts of dam construction on river ecosystems can be mitigated to a certain extent.Taking the large-scale Fushouyan Reservoir Project in Chongqing as a case study,this paper determines the components and staging of ecological flow based on the ecological protection targets in the river reaches affected by the project.The ecological base flow and sensitive-period ecological flow are calculated separately,and on the basis of analyzing their rationality,feasibility,and compatibility,the ecological flow for the project is comprehensively determined.The findings of this study can serve as a reference for the survey and design of other large and medium-sized reservoir projects.
