大型引调水工程水质安全风险评估体系集成方法研究OA
Integrated Method for Water Quality Safety Risk Assessment System of Large-Scale Water Diversion Projects
大型引调水工程作为缓解水资源分布不均衡、保障区域用水安全的关键基础设施,具有输水线路长、涉及区域广、影响人口多等特点.在运行过程中,该工程面临着来自自然环境、人类活动等多方面的潜在风险,如水质超标、突发性污染事件等情况.因此,科学且合理地构建大型引调水工程的风险评估体系,对于明确风险等级分布、制定具有针对性的风险防控策略具有重要意义.本研究以大型引调水工程为研究对象,运用风险矩阵法,对集成法、最大值法、k值法在评估单元风险等级计算方面的成果进行对比分析,旨在为工程的安全运行和水质安全风险管理提供科学依据.
As key infrastructure for alleviating uneven water resources distribution and ensuring regional water use safety,large-scale water diversion projects are characterized by long water conveyance lines,extensive geographical coverage,and large affected populations.During operation,these projects face potential risks from natural environments,human activities,and other aspects,such as water quality exceeding standards and sudden pollution incidents.Therefore,the scientific and rational construction of a risk assessment system for large-scale water diversion projects is of great significance for clarifying risk level distribution and formulating targeted risk prevention and control strategies.Taking large-scale water diversion projects as the research object,this paper employs the risk matrix method to conduct comparative analysis of the integrated method,maximum value method,and k-value method in calculating risk levels of assessment units,aiming to provide scientific basis for safe operation of projects and water quality safety risk management.
