随着我国铜矿资源的长期开发,矿石性质日趋复杂,"贫、细、杂"化加剧,微细粒硫化铜矿的回收难度显著增大.传统单一捕收剂在微细粒矿物分选过程中存在药剂选择性差、矿粒与气泡碰撞概率低、矿浆流变性差、脉石矿物夹带多等问题,导致浮选回收率不高.针对滇西北某硫化铜矿石嵌布粒度细、泥化程度较高的特点,开发了一种新型组合捕收剂,以改善分选效果,提高铜矿物的浮选回收率.通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析、化学多元素分析、物相分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检测等手段,系统考察了原矿工艺矿物学特征,探究了磨矿细度、组合捕收剂种类、配比及其用量对微细粒硫化铜矿浮选效果的影响.结果表明:原矿铜品位为0.36%,主要含铜矿物为黄铜矿,脉石矿物主要为石英、斜长石、黑云母等;矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 占65%,MCO与LMO捕收剂质量比为1:1、用量为60 g/t的条件下,通过"1粗2精2扫"的闭路浮选工艺流程,获得了Cu品位为19.88%、回收率为74.59%的铜精矿;与单一捕收剂相比,精矿中铜品位和回收率分别提高了0.07、1.96百分点,尾矿中-20 μm 粒级金属分布率降低了7.80百分点.研究成果可为同类型微细粒硫化铜矿的高效浮选回收提供参考.

With the continuous development of copper resources in China,the ore properties gradually show the characteristics of'poor,fine and miscellaneous',and the difficulty of recovering micro-fine copper sulfide ore increases significantly.The traditional single collector has some problems in the separation process of micro-fine minerals,such as poor selectivity of reagents,low probability of collision between particles and bubbles,poor rheology of pulp,and more entrainment of gangue minerals,resulting in low flotation recovery.A new type of combined collector was deve-loped to improve the separation effect and enhance the flotation recovery of copper minerals according to the characte-ristics of fine disseminated particle size and high argillization degree of a copper sulfide ore in northwest Yunnan.Through X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,chemical multi-element analysis,phase analysis,scanning electron micros-copy(SEM)detection and other means,the process mineralogy characteristics of the raw ore were systematically investigated,and the effects of grinding fineness,combined collector type,ratio and dosage on the flotation effect of micro-fine copper sulfide ore were investigated.The results show that the copper grade of the copper ore is 0.36%,the main copper-bearing minerals are chalcopyrite,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz,plagioclase,biotite and so on.The copper concentrate with Cu grade of 19.88%and recovery of 74.59%was obtained by the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 65%,mass ratio of MCO to LMO collector of 1:1 and dosage of 60 g/t.Compared with the single collector,the copper grade and recovery in the concentrate were increased by 0.07 and 1.96 percentage points,respectively,and the metal distribution rate of-20 μm in the tailings was reduced by 7.80 percentage points.The research results can provide a reference for the efficient flotation recovery of the same type of micro-fine copper sulfide ore.
