活化煤矸石掺量对水泥胶砂性能的影响OA
Effect of activated coal gangue content on the properties of cement mortar
为探究活化煤矸石对水泥胶砂物理力学性能的影响,以河南省平顶山市某矿活化煤矸石为原料,考察了其掺量对水泥胶砂基本物理性能、力学性能、干缩性能、软化系数的影响.结果表明:随着活化煤矸石掺量的增大(0~40%),水泥胶砂的标准稠度略有升高;初凝时间缩短了79 min,终凝时间缩短了75 min;试样强度呈现"降-升-降"的变化规律,在掺量30%时综合性能相对较优,28 d抗折强度为7.532 MPa,抗压强度为47.6 MPa,分别达到基准组的94.2%和96.0%;当活化煤矸石掺量由0升至10%时,试样28 d干燥收缩率由196×10-6增至890×10-6,而后随煤矸石掺量的升高增速趋缓.活化煤矸石对水泥胶砂性能的改善主要通过物理和化学协同作用实现:煤矸石颗粒作为微集料填充水泥胶砂基体孔隙,有效优化了原料颗粒级配;经机械-化学活化处理后,煤矸石中活性SiO2 和 Al2O3更易与水泥水化产物Ca(OH)2发生二次反应,促进C-S-H和C-A-H凝胶的持续生成,使得水化产物结构更加致密.
In order to explore the effect of activated coal gangue on the physical and mechanical properties of cement mortar,the activated coal gangue of a mine in Pingdingshan City,Henan Province was used as raw material to investi-gate the effect of its content on the basic physical properties,mechanical properties,drying shrinkage and softening co-efficient of cement mortar.The results show that the standard consistency of cement mortar increases slightly with the increase of activated coal gangue content(0-40%).The initial setting time was shortened by 79 min,and the final setting time was shortened by 75 min.The strength of the sample shows the change rule of'drop-rise-drop',and the comprehensive performance is relatively better when the content is 30%.The flexural strength of 28 d is 7.532 MPa,and the compressive strength is 47.6 MPa,which reaches 94.2%and 96.0%of the reference group,respectively.When the content of activated coal gangue is 10%,the 28 d drying shrinkage rate of the sample increases from 196×10-6 to 890×10-6,and then the growth rate slows down with the increase of coal gangue content.The improvement of activated coal gangue on the performance of cement mortar is mainly achieved through physical and chemical synergy:coal gangue particles as micro-aggregates fill the pores of cement mortar matrix,effectively optimi-zing the particle gradation of raw materials;after mechanical-chemical activation treatment,the active SiO2 and Al2O3 in coal gangue are more likely to react with the cement hydration product Ca(OH)2,which promotes the continuous formation of C-S-H and C-A-H gels,making the structure of hydration products more compact.
