APAM/SA复合絮凝剂对铝土矿洗矿矿泥的絮凝沉降效果及机理研究OA
Study on the flocculation-sedimentation effect and mechanism of APAM/SA composite flocculant on bauxite washing slime
铝土矿洗矿是其加工除杂的关键环节,洗矿过程中产生的矿泥因粒度细、胶体稳定性强,导致固液分离效率低.传统的单一絮凝剂存在用量大、适应性不足等问题,基于此,本文系统探究了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)与海藻酸钠(SA)复合絮凝剂对矿泥的絮凝沉降效果及机理.采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、X 射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析铝土矿洗矿矿泥的矿物与元素组成,通过絮凝沉降试验探究单一 APAM、SA及复合体系对矿泥沉降速率的影响,结合激光粒度分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段揭示絮凝机理.结果表明:矿泥中的主要矿物是高岭石、石英、一水硬铝石,Al2O3质量分数为40.43%、铝硅比为0.92;APAM/SA复合絮凝剂在配比3:1、用量60 mg/L时的絮凝速率达101.01 mL/s,较单一絮凝剂有显著提升;经 APAM/SA处理后,矿泥形成的絮团整体粒度较大,且其稳定性优于单一絮凝剂处理形成的絮团;絮凝剂通过SA的羧基与 APAM 的酰胺基的协同作用促进了矿泥絮凝.研究成果可为铝土矿洗矿矿泥的高效处理提供借鉴.
Bauxite ore washing is the key link of its processing and impurity removal.The slime produced in the process of ore washing has low solid-liquid separation efficiency due to its fine particle size and strong colloidal stability.The traditional single flocculant has problems such as large dosage and insufficient adaptability.Based on this,this paper systematically explores the sedimentation effect and mechanism of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)and sodium alginate(SA)composite flocculant on slime.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)were used to analyze the mineral and elemental composition of bauxite washing slime.The effects of APAM,SA single and composite systems on the sedimentation rate of slime were investigated by flocculation sedimentation test.The flocculation mechanism was revealed by means of laser particle size analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that the main minerals in the slime are kaolinite,quartz and diaspore,the mass fraction of Al2O3 is 40.43%,and the ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 is 0.92.The flocculation rate of APAM/SA composite flocculant reached 101.01 mL/s when the ratio was 3:1 and the dosage was 60 mg/L,which was significantly higher than that of single flocculant.After APAM/SA treatment,the overall particle size of flocs formed by slime is larger,and its stability is better than that of flocs formed by single floc-culant treatment.The flocculant promotes the flocculation of the slime through the synergistic effect of the carboxyl group of SA and the amide group of APAM.The research results can provide reference for the efficient treatment of bauxite washing slime.
