电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中有效钼OA

土壤中的有效钼含量对于植物生长与发育至关重要.为实现准确、高效测定土壤中有效钼,本文采用草酸-草酸铵溶液作为浸提剂,优化了浸提剂配制方式,并将浸提静置时间优化为8h.所得浸提液稀释2倍后,选择95Mo作为分析同位素,103Rh作为内标元素,以校正基体效应,在优化仪器参数的基础上,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行测定.通过对土壤有效态成分分析标准物质的验证,本方法检出限为0.0012mg/kg,测定下限为0.0050mg/kg;相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,测定误差均小于2%,测定结果与标准值吻合良好.该方法操作简便、效率较高,适用于批量样品的连续测定.

The available molybdenum content in soil is crucial for plant growth and development.To accurately and efficiently determine available molybdenum in soil,this study employed an ammonium oxalate-oxalic acid solution as the extractant and optimized its preparation method.The extraction-settling time was optimized to 8 h,and the resulting extract was diluted 2-fold.95Mo was selected as the analytical isotope,and 103Rh was chosen as the internal standard element to correct for matrix effects.After optimizing the instrument parameters,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used for determination.Validation using the standard substance for soil available component analysis yielded a method detection limit of 0.0012 mg/kg and a quantitation limit of 0.0050 mg/kg.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were all below 4%,and the relative errors were all below 2%,with the measured values being in good agreement with the certified values.This method is simple,efficient,and suitable for the continuous determination of large batches of samples.
