低温水冷条件下燃料棒束辐照试验方法OA
Irradiation test method for fuel rod under low-temperature water cooling condition
针对燃料棒束在低温水冷条件下的辐照需求,本文通过理论计算和数值模拟方式对胶囊进行热工分析,确定具体的结构参数.研制燃料棒束辐照试验装置,包括试验段和节流组件的设计与论证,建立关键参数的测量方法,并利用该试验装置完成堆内流量标定试验和热态试验.结果表明,胶囊满足燃料棒束堆内高温辐照需求,且温度参数未超过安全限值,试验装置完成冷却剂温度、压差和流量的在线测量.节流组件建立的流阻能够匹配堆芯压降,流量调节范围能够包络试验的设计流量.研究堆稳定运行期间,包壳中间位置温度为330.3~358.0℃,燃料棒最大线功率密度为235.6~265.0 W/cm,满足辐照试验指标.
In response to the irradiation requirement of fuel rods under low-temperature water cooling conditions,a design of the capsule was carried out.Thermal-hydraulic analysis of the capsule was conducted through theoretical calculations and numerical simulations,and structural parameters were determined.An irradiation test device for fuel rods was developed,including the design and demonstration of the test section and throttling component.A measurement method for key parameters was established,and in-reactor flow rate calibration test and hot-state test were completed by the device.The results show that the capsule meets the high-temperature in-reactor irradiation requirements of fuel rods,and the temperature parameters are within the safety limits.The device can measure the coolant temperature,pressure difference,and flow rate online.The flow resistance established by the throttling component can match the core pressure drop,and the flow rate adjustment range can cover the designed flow rate of the test.During the stable operation of the research reactor,the temperature at the middle position of the cladding is 330.3~358.0℃,and the maximum linear power density of the fuel rod is 235.6~265.0 W/cm,meeting the irra-diation test index.
