阳和汤联合温针灸治疗结直肠癌患者奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性临床观察OA

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Yanghe Decoction combined with warm needling moxibustion in treating oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(OIPN)in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 112 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly assigned to two groups using a random number table.The control group(n=56)received oral mecobalamin tablets,while the combined group(n=56)received Yanghe Decoction combined with warm needling moxibustion in addition to the same treatment.Both groups were treated for 6 courses.OIPN grading,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum nerve growth factor(NGF)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,and 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores were compared before and after treatment.Adverse reactions were also recorded in both groups.Results After treatment,OIPN grades decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum NGF levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),whereas TNF-α levels decreased(P<0.05).Serum NGF levels were higher in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05),while TNF-α levels were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,all SF-36 scores increased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were higher in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanghe Decoction combined with warm needling moxibustion is effective in treating OIPN in patients with colorectal cancer.It can improve peripheral neuropathy and TCM syndrome manifestations,enhance quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions.
