苦黄洗剂熏洗在肛瘘术后患者中的应用研究OA

Objective To observe the clinical value of Kuhuang lotion fumigation and washing in patients after anal fistula resection.Methods A total of 120 postoperative patients with anal fistula were included in this study and divided into two groups by random colored-ball drawing,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received potassium permanganate solution sitz baths,while the treatment group received Kuhuang lotion fumigation and washing.Clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,wound healing rate,postoperative recovery time,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.37%(55/60)in the treatment group and 71.67%(43/60)in the control group,indicating superior efficacy in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with postoperative day 1,VAS pain scores on postoperative days 5 and 14 decreased gradually in both groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group at the same time points(P<0.05).Compared with postoperative day 5,wound healing rates on postoperative day 14 increased in both groups(P<0.05),and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had shorter times to pain resolution,complete wound healing,and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuhuang lotion fumigation and washing is effective in patients after anal fistula resection.It can relieve pain,improve wound healing,shorten postoperative recovery time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
