疏肝醒脾通络汤联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化肝郁脾虚证临床研究OA

Objective To evaluate the value of Shugan Xingpi Tongluo Decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in patients with hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis(HBLC)and liver depression-spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 98 patients with HBLC and liver depression-spleen deficiency syndrome were assigned to two groups by envelope randomization.The control group(n=49)received compound glycyrrhizin capsules,while the treatment group(n=49)received Shugan Xingpi Tongluo Decoction in addition to the same regimen.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,liver function indices(alanine aminotransferase[ALT],total bile acid[TBA],total bilirubin[TBiL]),and inflammatory indices(leptin[Lep],interferon-γ[IFN-γ],interleukin-6[IL-6])were compared.Clinical efficacy was also recorded in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.92%(47/49)in the treatment group and 81.63%(40/49)in the control group,indicating superior clinical efficacy in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,all TCM symptom scores decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ALT,TBA,and TBiL levels decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Lep,IFN-γ,and IL-6 levels decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment values(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Xingpi Tongluo Decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules is effective for HBLC with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.It can improve liver function,relieve symptoms,and reduce inflammatory responses.
