连花清瘟颗粒对流感病毒肺炎患儿血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影响OA
Effects of Lianhua Qingwen granules on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in children with influenza virus pneumonia
目的 观察连花清瘟颗粒治疗流感病毒肺炎患儿的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子、免疫功能的影响.方法选择2024年5月至2025年4月衡水市第四人民医院儿科收治的 60 例流感病毒肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例.对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合连花清瘟颗粒治疗,均治疗7 d.比较2组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、血清炎症指标[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、淀粉样蛋白 A(SAA)、超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、T 淋巴细胞亚群 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及 CD4+/CD8+水平.结果 治疗组总有效率 93.33%(28/30),对照组80.00%(24/30),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽咯痰缓解时间、流涕缓解时间、气促缓解时间及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,2组 FeNO 水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组更低(P<0.05).治疗后,2 组 IL-6、SAA 及 hs-CRP 水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组更低(P<0.05).治疗后,2 组 CD4+/CD8+、CD4+及 CD3+水平均升高(P<0.05),CD8+水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组 CD4+/CD8+、CD4+及 CD3+水平均较对照组更高(P<0.05),CD8+水平较对照组更低(P<0.05).结论 连花清瘟颗粒可有效改善流感病毒肺炎患儿血清炎症因子水平和免疫功能,进而缓解临床症状,促进病情转归.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen granules in children with influenza virus pneumonia and to evaluate its effects on serum inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods A total of 60 children with influenza virus pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the No.4 People's Hospital of Hengshui from May 2024 to April 2025 were enrolled and randomly assigned,using a random number table,to a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the treatment group received Lianhua Qingwen granules in addition to conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for 7 d.Clinical efficacy,time to symptom relief,serum inflammatory markers(interleukin-6[IL-6],serum amyloid A[SAA],and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]),fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),and T-lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group had a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(93.33%[28/30]vs 80.00%[24/30],P<0.05).The treatment group showed shorter times to normalization of body temperature,relief of cough and sputum production,relief of runny nose,relief of shortness of breath,and disappearance of lung rales than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FeNO levels decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group had lower FeNO levels than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6,SAA,and hs-CRP levels were lower than baseline in both groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,and CD3+levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),whereas CD8+levels decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the treatment group had higher CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,and CD3+levels than the control group(P<0.05),and lower CD8+levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen granules can effectively improve serum inflammatory factor levels and immune function in children with influenza virus pneumonia,thereby alleviating clinical symptoms and promoting recovery.
