生物质灰浸提液叶面施用对烤烟中上部叶品质的调控效应研究OA
Regulating Effect of Biomass Ash Extract Liquor by Using a Foliage Spray Pattern on Quality of Middle and Upper Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves
[目的]探明叶面喷施生物质灰浸提液对烤烟中上部叶品质的调控效应,为合理利用烤烟生物质燃烧废弃物提升烤烟品质提供参考.[方法]以云烟 87为材料,采用随机区组设计,叶面分别喷清水1次、2次、3次为对照;叶面分别喷施生物质灰浸提液 1次、2次、3次为处理,每次喷施均间隔 1 d,对比分析不同处理烤烟叶长、叶宽、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、初烤烟化学成分与中性香气物质含量.[结果]叶面喷施生物质灰浸提液可提升烤烟的叶长、叶宽和 SPAD值,改善初烤烟的化学品质,提高初烤烟总糖、还原糖和钾含量,满足优质烤烟的生产要求.从初烤烟化学成分可用性指数(CCUI)看,中部叶和上部叶评分均以叶面喷施生物质灰浸提液 3次最高,分别为 0.781 4和 0.717 2.初烤烟中性香气物质共检测出芳樟醇、香叶基丙酮、巨豆三烯酮-1等 44种共有成分,喷施生物质灰浸提液对中部叶和上部叶类胡萝卜素降解产物、叶绿素降解产物、美拉德反应产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物和类西柏烷类降解产物含量影响显著,中部叶和上部叶香气物质总含量均以叶面喷施生物质灰浸提液3次最高,分别为99.455 0 μg/g和68.074 0 μg/g.[结论]将生物质灰浸提后喷施于烤烟叶面可改善烟草农艺性状,提升初烤烟的化学成分和香气物质含量,以喷施 3次效果较佳.
[Objective]The regulating effect of biomass ash extract liquor by using a foliage spray pattern on middle and upper flue-cured tobacco leaves was explored to provide a reference for rational utilization of flue-cured tobacco biomass burning waste in quality improvement of flue-cured tobacco.[Method]Yunyan 87 was used as the experimental material and a randomized block design was adopted.The leaves were sprayed with water once(CK1),twice(CK2)and three times(CK3)as controls.The leaves were sprayed with biomass ash extract liquor once(T1),twice(T2)and three times(T3)with an interval of 1 d,respectively.The leaf length,leaf width,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value),chemical quality and neutral aroma substances of the initial cured tobacco leaves of 6 treatments were determined and compared.[Result]Spraying biomass ash extract liquor could increase leaf length,leaf width and SPAD value content of flue-cured tobacco,and improve chemical quality,and total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium content of the initial cured tobacco leaves,which reached production requirements of high-quality tobacco.According to the chemical composition usability evaluation index(CCUI)of the initial cured tobacco leaves,the score of middle and upper tobacco leaves of T3 reached 0.781 4 and 0.717 2 respectively.A total of 44 common components including linalool,geranylacetone,megastigmatrienone,and so on were detected from the initial cured tobacco leaves.Spraying biomass ash extract liquor had a significant effect on content of carotenoid degradation products,chlorophyll degradation products,Maillard reaction products,phenylalanine degradation products and cembratriendid alkyl degradation products in middle and upper tobacco leaves.Total content of aroma substances in middle and upper tobacco leaves of T3 reached 99.455 0 μg/g and 68.074 0 μg/g respectively.[Conclusion]Spraying biomass ash extract liquor on surface of tobacco leaves can improve agronomic characters of tobacco and increase chemical composition and aroma content of the initial cured tobacco leaves.The optimal foliage spraying pattern of biomass ash extract liquor for tobacco leaves includes three times on 7 d after topping with an interval of 1 d.
