Research on the Impact of Artificial Intelligence Technologies on Supply Chain Resilience
提升供应链韧性是构建现代化产业体系和新发展格局的重要基础,人工智能技术为提升企业供应链韧性提供支撑.本文基于 2007~2024 年中国 A 股上市公司供应商和客户匹配数据,从理论和实证两个层面考察人工智能技术对供应链韧性的作用机制及影响因素.研究发现,焦点企业人工智能技术显著增强供应链韧性.进一步研究发现,技术资源、资金资源和结构资源会影响人工智能技术提升供应链韧性的作用效果.在垂直供应链网络中,深入探讨焦点企业人工智能技术的溢出效应对上下游企业供应链韧性的影响差异,其传导过程受到双边信息溢出效应与非对称价值溢出效应的作用.本文拓宽了企业人工智能技术和供应链韧性研究边界,为推动我国供应链安全和可持续发展提供重要启示.
Enhancing supply chain resilience is essential for building a modern industrial system and a new development pat-tern.Artificial intelligence technology provides support for improving firms'supply chain resilience.Based on the matching data of suppliers and customers of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2024,this paper examines the mechanism and influencing factors of artificial intelligence technology on supply chain resilience from both theoretical and empirical aspects.The research finds that ar-tificial intelligence technology significantly enhances the supply chain resilience of focal firms.Further research finds that technical resources,financial resources and structural resources will affect the effect of artificial intelligence technology in improving supply chain resilience.In the vertical supply chain network,this paper further examines the heterogeneous effects of focal firms'AI tech-nology spillovers on the supply chain resilience of upstream suppliers and downstream customers.The transmission process is affec-ted by the double-sided information spillover effect and asymmetric value spillover effect.This paper broadens the research boundary of enterprise artificial intelligence technology and supply chain resilience,and provides important enlightenment for promoting the safety and sustainable development of supply chain in China.
