Leaf and Soil Ecological Stoichiometric Characteristics in Uneven-aged Mixed Plantations of Pinus massoniana with Broad-leaved Tree Species

为阐明马尾松(Pinus massoniana)与阔叶树异龄混交对叶片-土壤生态化学计量特征的协同影响,以南亚热带马尾松×红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)、马尾松×火力楠(Michelia macclurei)、马尾松×金蒲桃(Xanthostemon chrysanthus)、马尾松×格木(Erythrophleum fordii)和马尾松×米老排(Mytilaria laosensis)混交林为研究对象,测定马尾松叶片碳(C)、氮(N)和磷(P)含量及其生态化学计量比与土壤养分含量及其生态化学计量比.结果表明,马尾松×火力楠、马尾松×金蒲桃、马尾松×格木和马尾松×米老排混交林马尾松叶片P含量均显著高于马尾松纯林,N∶P均显著低于马尾松纯林.0~20和20~40 cm土层中,马尾松×红锥混交林土壤有机碳(SOC)、全钾(TK)和速效磷(AP)含量及C∶N均最高,马尾松×火力楠混交林土壤全氮(TN)和全磷(TP)含量均最高,马尾松×金蒲桃混交林土壤速效钾(AK)含量均最高,马尾松×格木混交林土壤C∶P均最高.在0~20 cm土层中,马尾松×格木混交林土壤N∶P最高;在20~40 cm土层中,马尾松纯林土壤N∶P最高.不同林分土壤SOC、TK、AP和AK含量及C∶N、N∶P和C∶P均在0~20 cm土层中较高,不同林分土壤TP含量均在20~40 cm土层中较高.马尾松叶片养分含量及其生态化学计量特征与0~20 cm土层土壤养分含量及其生态化学计量特征关联性强于20~40 cm土层.马尾松×金蒲桃和马尾松×米老排混交均适宜在P限制严重的林分中应用,马尾松×红锥混交有利于土壤肥力整体提升,适宜在土壤贫瘠的林分中应用,马尾松×格木混交适宜在N供应不足的林分中应用.

In order to elucidate synergistic effects of uneven-aged mixing of Pinus massoniana with broad-leaved tree species on leaf-soil ecological stoichiometric characteristics,taking P.massoniana×Castanopsis hys-trix,P.massoniana×Michelia macclurei,P.massoniana×Xanthostemon chrysanthus,P.massoniana×Erythroph-leum fordii and P.massoniana×Mytilaria laosensis mixed plantations in south subtropical region as research ob-jects,contents of P.massoniana leaf carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)and ecological stoichiometric ratios as well as soil nutrient contents and ecological stoichiometric ratios were measured.Results showed that P.massoniana leaf P contents in P.massoniana×M.macclurei,P.massoniana×X.chrysanthus,P.massoniana×E.fordii and P.massoniana×M.laosensis mixed plantations were significantly higher than that in P.massoniana pure plantation,while N∶P were significantly lower than that in P.massoniana pure plantation.In 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers,P.massoniana×C.hystrix mixed plantation had the highest contents of soil organic car-bon(SOC),total potassium(TK)and available phosphorus(AP)as well as C∶N;P.massoniana×M.macclurei mixed plantation had the highest contents of soil total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP);P.massoniana×X.chrysanthus mixed plantation had the highest soil available potassium(AK)content;P.massoniana×E.fordii mixed plantation had the highest soil C∶P.In 0-20 cm soil layer,soil N∶P was the highest in P.massoniana×E.fordii mixed plantation,whereas in 20-40 cm soil layer,it was the highest in P.massoniana pure plantation.In different stands,contents of soil SOC,TK,AP and AK as well as C∶N,N∶P and C∶P in 0-20 cm soil layer were higher,while soil TP contents in 20-40 cm soil layer were higher.Leaf nutrient contents and ecological stoi-chiometric characteristics of P.massoniana showed stronger correlations with soil nutrient contents and ecologi-cal stoichiometric characteristics in 0-20 cm soil layer than in 20-40 cm soil layer.P.massoniana×X.chrysan-thus and P.massoniana×M.laosensis mixing were suitable for application in stands severely limited by P.P.massoniana×C.hystrix mixing was conducive to overall soil fertility improvement and was suitable for applica-tion in nutrient-poor stands;P.massoniana×E.fordii mixing was suitable for application in stands with insuffi-cient N supply.
