基于FSEC电动赛车的动力匹配及制动能量回收策略研究OA

Power matching and braking energy recovery strategies based on FSEC electric racing cars

本文以中国大学生电动方程式大赛(formula student electric China,FSEC)纯电动赛车E20 为研究对象,通过分析驱动系统设计特性明确其驱动形式,参考过往赛事经验与规则确定赛车各总成的性能指标,依据汽车理论开展电机、电池、传动机构等参数的匹配工作,并利用AVL Cruise软件建立赛车仿真模型.结果显示,在最高车速、0~75 m直线加速时间、百公里加速时间以及续航里程上均满足最初设计要求.另外,在耐久赛中设计一种基于 I 曲线和 β 曲线的前、后轴制动力分配方法,并根据制动强度大小制定了制动能量回收策略.在耐久赛工况下,借助 MATLAB/Simulink 构建制动能量回收策略模型,并与 Cruise 赛车模型进行联合仿真,以验证其稳定性与安全性.仿真结果显示,本文设计的制动能量回收策略满足相关要求,能够实现制动能量回收,使续航里程增加1.195 km,制动能量回收效率为5.7%.

Taking an electric racing car in Formula Student Electric China(FSEC)as the research object,this paper clarified its driving form by analyzing the design characteristics of the drive system.The performance indicators of each assembly of the racing car were determined with reference to previous competition experience and rules.Based on the analysis of automotive theory,the parameter matching work for motors,batteries,transmission mechanisms and so on was carried out.Moreover,the AVL CRUISE software was used to establish a simulation model of the racing car.The results show that it meets the initial design requirements in terms of maximum speed,75-meter straight-line acceleration and driving range.In addition,in the endurance race,a method for distributing the braking force of the front and rear axles based on the I-curve and β-curve was designed.According to the magnitude of the braking intensity,the braking energy recovery was designed.Under the endurance working conditions in the event,with the help of MATLAB/Simulink,a model of the braking energy recovery strategy and the Cruise racing car model were constructed,and joint simulation was carried out to verify its stability and safety.The simulation results show that the braking energy recovery strategy designed in this paper meets the relevant requirements and enables braking energy recovery,increasing the driving range by 1.195 km and achieving a braking energy recovery efficiency of 5.7%.
