过程装备与控制工程专业育人途径新探索OA
近些年来,过程装备与控制工程(简称"过控")专业的毕业生在我国航空发动机及燃气轮机(简称"两机")等国之重器的建设中扮演重要角色.但是,由于过控专业本科教学中对叶轮机械基础知识涉及较少、科教融汇及产教融合不足,导致部分毕业生在工作中感到吃力和不适配.因此,通过梳理过控毕业生在从事"两机"事业中遇到的难题及瓶颈,以北京化工大学过控专业为例,提出推进课程体系教学改革、构建叶轮机械科教融汇体系、强化叶轮机械产教融合层次等改革措施,以期提升过控专业在"两机"人才培养方面的质量及竞争力.
In recent years,graduates majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering have played important roles in the construction of key national assets such as aviation engines and gas turbines in China.However,due to the insufficient coverage of fundamental knowledge about turbine machinery in undergraduate education in the control engineering field,as well as the lack of integration between academic and practical knowledge and insufficient collaboration between academia and industry,some graduates feel inadequate and ill-suited for their jobs.Therefore,this paper summarizes the difficulties encountered by graduates,and takes Process Equipment and Control Engineering major in Beijing University of Chemical Technology's as an example,proposes reforms such as advancing curriculum teaching reforms,establishing an integrated system of turbomachinery science and education,and strengthening the integration of industry and education in turbomachinery,in order to enhance the quality and competitiveness of talent cultivation in the field of Process Equipment and Control Engineering for aviation engines and gas turbines.
