"双一流"建设高校研究生全球胜任力:本土内涵、培养实践及提升策略OA

In the context of the two major situations,China has raised higher practical demands for the cultivation of global competence among postgraduate students.The global competence with Chinese characteristics refers to a multi-dimensional composite ability based on national cultural identity and national identity,participating in global governance,contributing Chinese wisdom and strength,and promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.At present,domestic"Double first-class"universities are practicing international talent cultivation through setting clear and systematic strategic goals,building a talent training system that combines localization and internationalization,and expanding global competence training programs.This study proposes to construct a tripartite linkage model involving the government,universities,and individuals.The government should improve policy support,provide transportation platform support,and perfect management guarantee mechanisms;universities should transform traditional educational concepts,structure international curriculum systems,build international education platforms,and strengthen faculty teams;students should enhance national cultural confidence and national identity,and improve the shaping of personal core competencies,to collaboratively enhance global competence.
